This year was Canberra's 96th birthday, and I think they are getting in some practice for the big 100 in 2013, because they had a great amount of things for Canberran's to do with their public holiday. We went out with a bunch of friends, had a picnic, watched a Dora the Explorer concert, and several live musicians (some rather awful ones, but also some great ones) and finished the whole night off with fireworks.Xavier had a wonderful time dancing nonstop to the Hoodoo Gurus, had a very quick powernap and woke up as soon as the fireworks started, which he loved. All in all, a great day. :)
